He is my friend he doesn't use hacks, he was hacked and lost his 4 year old account which was rank 6 and he swore that in this account he would be stronger and he put a lot of money in the account so he is very strong but he doesn't have time to play a lot that's why he has a low level so he doesn't use hacks he even says that those who use hacks are idiots so man he doesn't use these types of cheats you should know people better before you meet them. no need to be a hacker. first, it is not good to accuse without evidence. I have been accused in the past. 

Now, to have those weapons maxed at L50 can be few ways.

1-Having a silver account without BASE and buying a lot of gold as CLEVERNAME did. Not possible because it is a new account post losing the 4 years account. 

2- Buying a ton of offers and using epics grants to max the weapons. Some offers come with power kits so can. If the player is selective with the offers, it can be wise like this one. 

3- Having a BASE account buying a lot of gold or maybe offers to max with epics and those power kits in the offer. 

Because the account level it is so low, the amount of grind for gold it is very low and to have 3 mechs like that, it is impossible farming with that level of 50. 

The amount of money to do that, it is very high. 

Me been a grinder from start and a player who has many purchases through the years, that is basically the only way. 

Yes, it is possible not having higher level in the account and be powerful. 

I have seen top players with incomplete level having same number since I play this game, but they have hundreds of parts maxed with purchases. I know one player that was buying every offer. That it is a lot of money. 

Sure, if the account has not been verified like my own accounts which I do have every single purchase receipt and provided evidence and gave permission to use the account to compare against hackers, that account it does create suspicious conditions as possible hacker. I do understand that. 

Just be careful with accusations. You can summit suspicious activity directly to the company.

I litterly found 10 people  who has many maxed mythicals in rank 12 with all of the items which are coloured with 300 token colour or whatever any colour with high cost .If you think he is not hacking then send the evidence

Maybe getting wins against weaker players. Many players do that. 

Some effects are based on lack of power at high ranks with players limitations unable to push up. 

As cascade effect, those players ended up playing against some others at lower ranks because the system match them up. The matches are based on power and HP and that include modules. 

Sometimes there are not enough players playing at some hours and the match maker match against power but sometimes not. The basic is that it will match 2 ranks up or 2 ranks down depending on stars accumulated in the respective rank the player is at the moment. 

I was watching my kid plays for data just recently and I saw this 

My mech it is the R4 left side and if you see the other, it is a R7 mech but that mech power it was an R1 mech. 

The match happens maybe because not enough players at the moment but also compared power as normally should do even sometimes match with a weak mech.  

That R7 maybe was hunting wins. 

Now, my mech is R5 vs R7. It should happen?

Yes, it should happen to certain stars in the rank. If the rank remains R5 from 0-3 stars the possibility to fight against R7 is very high in particular if the R7 is high on stars. That R7 it was an R1 mech vs an R1 mech. 

Why my mech was R5?

The mech was actually R9 or so because not played much and my kid decided to push for fun. I guess he was testing using test mech in the beginning having losses expected because mechs were built with limitations for test. Just guessing. I do not have clue but then he decided to push for R3 for whatever the reason decided to go for. 

Now, you have to understand that many players do not play all the time regardless power and those accounts are dormant and because of that, the seasons drop the account rank as soon go to arena area to collect something. If does not play again it will keep dropping not on purpose till that player decide to move up to R1 maybe for vacation time, work or else and might go with full power to push up fast. 

So, some will be because not playing enough, some because the match maker it is been a hell against the player thing that happen too many players including me, some because not enough players around at that moment or simple a player abusing for easy wins. 

Not everyone can be accused of wins collector and been an abuser. You can see the wins of the player at his/her clan area. Pictures below can show you that my account was not used to make wins. 

 

It has losses because maybe test with low rank mech at the beginning of the season or when decided to start to play. They do not play every day my accounts or maybe a week or just one day all depending on their mood because they play other games with friends plus school stuff.

You know everyone wouldn't pay much for this game I found alot and look he's randomly opening premium packs every 5 seconds. if he says that his friend said he is not a hacker he doesn't have evidence for it and Many of the hackers will tell lie and say they don't hack ,The truth is revealed when we can see their purchase history. Look there is another person with  over powerful mechs at level 57  in rank 8  Now  If we are not sure these players aren't hackers,Then If alexander starts ban wave like 2021 again then We will find the true p2w player because alexander knows who are hacking by checking their accounts.

yes, it can make a ban every 3 months or so to clean. Yes, buying items can show possibility about it and yes, we are not sure if are hackers till Alex check and ask for evidence. Every purchase does have a receipt sent to the e-mail use for the game account.  They can ask for it real cash payment. Easy to know. 

Also, the person can buy gold and use BASE to max parts and or go to the EPIC/LEGEND BASE option and get parts there. Sure, buying gold for it and no premium pack will be no sense but can do both. 

Sure, there are many powerful players with low ranks recently. I have seen few when I make test mechs for my kids or their plays that I do check for info how match work and damage etc on those combinations.  

Anyway, if you are sure, you can report suspicious things around. If you do it here in the forum for everyone know you can get banned. Just careful posting clans and names. I like the name of the clan.

I will understand of the accusation because I was new and accumulating power really fast. They did not believe me, but the time proved and then the ban came along and some of them were caught in their on-scheme post accusing me. Some of them lost their illegal accounts.
