Always the torso Legs give you only hp and dmg, torso give you hp, heat/cooling and energy/regen Mech is good, but you'll need to upgrade your modules -

I'd remove both top weapons and charge, replace one heat engine with cooling booster, and add two energy energy engines until better items dropped. -

i have no idea how to start so take look the mechs below and see the difference a lot of difference but its same group build that uses repluser different torsos and legs and weapons -
