Clan Chest bug

for some reason whenever i try to access the clan fight chest it just says this and i cant interact with the game anymore except for exiting

This happens if your clan earns a reward while you're logged in. To fix:

1. Close your app completely. Make sure actually select  "exit supermechs" and also close it as a background app if on your phone.

2. Log back in.

You should now be able to get the clan reward.

Best way to bypass this is to full your inventory, then box will go to unopened boxes and you can open it from here

Try closing SM and opening it again. Works for me usually. It is really annoying tbh.
