I would take off heat bomb and savagery and add a res drainer, leaves more weight for modules to improve those stats

Why does he need a resistance drainer with a boiler mech?

I would recommend he removes his Savagery and get the Heat Bomb, it can be a life-saver sometimes. He also needs more HP, it's vulnerable to Physical and Explosive (what I call mechs that aren't boilers but focus on doing damage) mechs.
