For good draining weapons i recommend malice beam

I see you delerium and unstable power cell those are good items keep them

I'd get rid of your phys knockback weapon and replace it with armor or resistence modules.

I suggest you change your torso. Legs are very good. Frantic not good. Replace rock recoiler with lightning recoiler. Powercell good.
