so then how would you rank up if you're not allowed to use items that would let you rank up? that just traps new players in low ranks

we call them "smurfers"

they are just players with high ranks gear playing in low ranks to farm wins

and they arent hackers

the only way to escape from those is to reach rank 15

Yes they are kinda hackers bc they use tiny task to autofarm bc i saw one guy that was 24/7 online

Well, I don't use a computer but use a 6 y/o phone to play SM. Might change my device someday...

Yep. They do this to get easy wins in clans and get a lot of tokens.

I think this should come under witch hunting, since they are targeting a specific group of players (Rank 16 & Rank 15). Also, by farming wins in this way to get easy tokens, doesn't this mean they are exploiting game resources through witch hunting???

This could be abused, just as @hasn said. Because if this system says you can only have 1 mythical item on a specified rank, a person having a Mythical torso, leg and a side weapon would get promoted to a much higher rank, and this could lead to some unfair matchmaking... For example, a player having few Mythical items could have to fight a player with more Mythicals than him/her...

 

It could maybe work, but I think this isn't a complete solution...
