Hello, I forgot my password but I know my username. How can I get my account back? Support has not responded for a couple of months. Most likely the game is dead, the last update was in 2020... Thanks in advance for your help!

you can try retrieve password with mail + username, click the forgot password on login menu

Game does get updates but they are more about making the game stable and run right so we dont see or notice them right away

 

Its like if you have a leaky pipe, its better to fix it properly instead of just putting tape to prolong the damage

Go to the log in screen, click "Forgot Password" then enter your username and/or the email used to create the account, a new password will be sent to that email
