He had 2 more similar mechs, full of premium items, and all of them were maxed, but they were all strange builds and he frankly played really poorly, he only won on sheer overpoweredness

Either they are a smurf(this means they lower their rank mostly around 12 or 10 to farm ez wins, they mostly do this with strange builds, they only go back to their rank at the end of the season),

Or they haven't figured a sinergy out yet
