any tips on how to pass this stage because im not getting much better items and im just rotating around what i got and its not holding up that much longer i cant really beat any new levels

ditch the frantic an that flame thrower use the hysteria, 

and i cannot stress this enough, upgrade your epic modules, get rid of two combined storage unit, put thta heat engine and that saviour resistance,(some res is better then no res especialy with the monke torsos)

until you get more items thats all you can do
