I think the rank is good. Just what do you do about the Clan War or Titan? I think it's because your clan members have a lot of legacy or non-active players. If that's the case, you can't beat the TOP1-3 clans.
Also,why don't you try changing the leader?

(I will not enter this clan at all.)
