How to change email?

Is there a way to change the email your SM account is connected to?

hard..... very complicated..... and will probably kill your brain. (partial exaggeration) 

i've don't it before. took about 1 hour to find the place when i first did it. 

however, because i've done it before, finding it is now a lot easier. 

NOTE: YOU NEED YOUR ACCOUNT LOGIN (USERNAME & PASSWORD) TO DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

instructions. NOTE: IF STEP 2 DOESN'T WORK, THEN THERE IS NO WAY TO CHANGE EMAIL.

1. start by clicking Forget Password 
2. log in using SM account. it should work.  
3. after log in, click go back to main page 
4. go to USER CONTROL PANEL (under purple is my name, blocked because..... duh why would i show it. ) 
5. click PROFILE on side bar 
6. click EDIT ACCOUNT SETTINGS 
7. as you can see, you can change your password or email (pretty sure that have direct effect on your SM account) BUT IT DOES NEED YOU ACCOUNT PASSWORD TO CONFIRM CHANGE (again, under purple is my name)

How do I log in if I don’t know the password…?
