non functioning account

Hello I just started playing supermechs again after 4-5 years! This was one of my favorite games.. But I simply cannot log into my old account vlad8. I don't know which email I used for it but i know the password and everything... Every time I try to log in I just get stuck on the loading screen... I tried this multiple times on different pcs and I reinstalled the game multiple times but I just cant get pass the loading screen... With my current account grandtitan01 it works just fine..

It says welcome back vlad8 but after that its just stuck on this... If someone could please help me with this thank you.. I just wanna see my old account for some nostalgia..

- check out your internet connection.

- clear the cache.

- try to login with your PC, or another mobile.

- make sure you have correct name & password.

Update I tried logging in on my main pc where I was previously on this account and I forgot to deselect "remember password".... And now I cant log out from vlad8 to login with grandtitan01........ I tried unintalling and deleting all files with "supermechs" in their name but its still doesnt wanna log me out so now im stuck...

internets fine... where is the cahce specifically? tried logging in won multiple pcs and a phone, and yes the password and name are correct cuz it says welcome back but then when it goes to the loading screen it just gets stuck..

Have you waited for 2 minutes without clicking on the loading screen?

it may stuck if you clicked on it.

if this account was played BEFORE the reloaded update, its possible SM wiped your account into yeet-town. Dont quote me on this but if I remember correctly, SM is basically removing all legacy items from accounts that are inactive within a specific time span. But y'know...i dont even remember when reloaded came out, 4 or 5 years seems accurate.
