It's just simply a difference in rng, besides buffing a lightweight frantic doesn't seem anywhere close to being a good idea

Frantic has worse damage and range. SC is a more compact version of it for less than half the weight, the 98 backfire isn't that big of a deal either when your enemy gets shredded with like 600 dmg.

atleast increase the lowest damage it can deals (200-600) dealing 200 in high ranks is nothing maybe make it 400-600

dah frantic can be used twice while SC can be used once

i think SC should have damage range between 400 to 600 so atleast when you use you know it will deal a good amount of damage even if its not the max amount

and the wieght you use SC once while frantic twice so making SC half wieght to frantic makes sense

Can't you read? SC is 24 weight while FB is 50 so that is already a thing.
