Why can't I add a reaction under the forum posts.

As usual, I go to the forum and look through the notifications, switch to the topic and it was funny to me from the post and I decided to like it, but when I clicked the system said

And as I have no points, and like nothing I did not do but for some reason I can not leave the reaction. Help, I don't know what to do.

giving reactions gives you points which can be spammed to get you to rank up quickly, therefor you only have a limited amount of reactions each day so you dont just spam reactions and get points to rank up

I think you ran out of your daily reactions, just wait until tomorrow and you can react again
