I did not get the gold and powerkits from goldem box on campaign

i made a alt where i wannted to do an unboxing of chest i had many chest bought and i finally get those 20 arena wins i go to campaign clicks the gold chest and pow i get nothing wh why? the gold and the power kits are not in my inventory and the chest vanished like it was normally oppedned hlp
