I think this issue comes from your Network connection, isn't WI-FI.
Go delete app cache or clean up them, then restart your mobile/PC and try again.

Odd. Maybe some connection issue with your wifi?
If you contact support in game, we can check the offchance that its account related.
Also, reinstalling the game on windows does *not* clear cache. You can only do so on android, there's ways on windows but its iffy.
