What happens when you attempt to log in? I had a problem where it didn't connect me to my account but I could log in as a guest. I sent a support ticket and the volunteer was really patient with me.
He reset my account but I still couldn't log in. He reset it again and I could finally log in after the second reset.
I still have no idea what happened but just sharing to let you know not to stress because support will work with you and wont give up until your issue is resolved.

Are you signed in via Google Play? Sometimes I don't get ads when I sign in using the Supermechs login and have to log back in using Google Play for ads.
-
Have you watched more than 30 ads in a day? That is the limit and sometimes the option to watch more ads for rewards disappears as well.

Don't click it or you'll glitch into the backrooms...

Yea your modules are lagging waaaay behind. You don't have the resistance, regen, or capacity to keep advancing no matter how upgraded your weapons get. You have mythical weapons alongside epic modules... basically like loading tank barrel on a ford fiesta. Sure modules aren't exciting but you should have everything around the same level to stay balanced.
Solid build by the way. I'd swap one of the heat regen modules for an energy regen/storage module since you have weight to spare. You won't need so many heat focused modules once they're upgraded.

Save it for sure. Its usually worth keeping anything that starts at legendary rarity.

I used Windigo up to rank 5. Naga and Windigo are basically the same just one focuses on heat and the other on energy. I say Windigo is fine.
The heat and energy platinum vests are legendary and top tier but stay away from the phys version because the stats are so nerfed that Naga or Windigo are better.
Keep those legs! They're the best in the game along with their phys and energy counterparts.
As for what to upgrade, modules for sure. You got good advice to get rid of the hammer for now. Use that weight savings to add regen or regen/storage modules and that build will keep you smiling for a long while.

I'd get rid of your phys knockback weapon and replace it with armor or resistence modules.

OKI DOKI... wow. So much effort into helping others. Great job, man. We all appreciate you.

You fill out the disabled base request form then put duct tape over your phone where it says base so you can't see it anymore.

The fastest way is to upgrade your mech:
Step 0: Make sure you participate in everything (raids, mission, arena, war, titan, tournaments). Check out the levels to see which is the best coin yield you can farm since you'll need coins for your base.
Step 1: Upgrade base to 4 max coins, 1 power kit, and 3 ultra cheap items (Focus on coins first).
Step 2: Produce items non-stop once you've upgraded.
Step 3: Max your kits but do not transform them.
For normal kits, upgrade using other normal kits until level 8 then use 3 normal items or 1 rare to max it.
For rare kits, use 3 maxed normal kits, 1 rare item, and 3 normal items to max it.
Step 4: Continue until you run out of money.
Once your base is maxed, you'll need epics/legendaries so I farm the last 1v1 mission because it has the highest chance of dropping fortune boxes in the game (there are other options to farm depending on what you want). This is the fastest way when you have money to spare but not this most efficient. Keep in mind that Supermechs is an endless game. Even if you have every item in the game divined, someone with myth items can beat you because they're mech happens to counter to yours.
A slower but more efficient way is having 4 bases making ultra cheap most of the time and alternating 1 structure to make power kits. Use 6 normal and 3 rare items to max normal power normal kits. Rare kits are maxed the same way as explained in step 3.
You'll never run out of money this way and will have a huge surplus of cash to quickly max out any new item you're excited about. I currently have about 30 million coins so I can max out anything I love (fortresses or dual heat/energy modules) in just a few hours by dumping coins into making all four structures produce power kits and upgrading in a fast but super wasteful way... but yea, I usually stick to slow and steady because there is no point racing when there isn't a finish line.

So satisfying. Hope you reported them too. I wish Supermechs added a flag for review button. Actually, a server-side reference table with minimum damage for drones would be better. Like, if a mythical Selfish Guardian shot for 227 and hit for less than 61 damage (227 damage minus the max possible 166 resistance) then the person gets auto-banned immediately. Great content! Keep it up!

@Marija When I opened the boxes, I did not get most of the items I needed to build the mech. Could you give me extra boxes like last tournament?
Me too please. I need both normal and epic boxes. Sorry for the hassle.

Module Help

Personally I use heat/energy engines rather than sperate storage and boosters but I both strategies seem to work so looks mostly good. One thing you're missing is a combined resistance module.
It only takes one slot and will help you move up the ranks. Individual modules are even better down the line if you can find the fortress version but losing 3 slots isn't worth it for standard version.
