Hey guys, Im sorry for the issues you experience. These stuff dont actually happen often, if ever. The action of purchase and token arriving is pretty much instant, done at the same time. Usually if something goes wrong with the purchase, you dont receive any tokens at all, so must be some sort of a confusion. In any case, when something like this happens - purchase didnt arrive, something is off etc, the thing you need to do is contact support. The best and easiest way to do that is > In game settings > support. You will receive an automatic email message, which you need to respond to so it gets sent to support, in that email please include the screenshot, purchase ID, your in game ID number. The reason why Im telling you this is because we cant help you over forum, there is simply no account information and similar. So making these kind of topics doesnt really do anything, especially not solve your problem. We take every report seriously, every issue is looked through and investigated, no one will get damaged. All it takes is a bit of patience and good will to work out what happened. I hope this made it clear what you need to do Im open for questions and help so feel free to simply ask me rather than go around not knowing what to do or even worse, put up with an issue. Most probably you just got the 2017 reloaded update, if you havent logged in after that. Or if you shared your password before quitting, its possible that someone just fused away your stuff.

What you received is an automatic message from the system, you bought or attempted to buy tokens. Admins dont usually or ever message or reach out to players via email, its the players who email us when they have an issue, like you have been emailing us @mohamed Alpatal Khalaf :)) The link is taking you to the old forum where you can do stuff like change email, check your previous purchases etc. Its just a site thats connected to your SuperMechs account. So all in all, nothing to worry about

The results are here! I want to say Im very happy with how the competition turned out, Im proud of you guys I hope you had as much fun as I did reading and analyzing all these poems. Im not going to lie, it was a tough decision among the staff team, all the poems are great but the rules are rules, and we had to pick 3. And here is our judgment: 1st place goes to @W.P.O.T.W, amazing work of art, congrats! 2nd place goes to @AftoKrator, we enjoyed your poem and I hope your teachers did too! 3rd place goes to @Liioh, very interesting! I will ask all the winners to please DM me their ID number so I can give out their rewards I also need to make one honorable mention, @Fidelio. We were all sad seeing you didnt make it to apply on time, its such a shame, everyone loved your poem. And I am very thankful you made time to post your thoughts and analysis on youtube, it really wraps up this competition in a nice way. Thank you everyone for participating and sharing your poetry, you guys made forum a bit more interesting place with every line of your poems. Again saying, my heart is full Cheers!

Hi guys! I noticed some topics on forum that are focused on writing, words game and similar so I thought some of you might be interested into taking this to a new level - Poetry Competition! I'm someone who likes and used to write poetry myself, so this is also for my own pleasure If you are interested in participating, here are the things to know! We wont have any sort of applying for the competition, simply posting the poems in this thread is ''applying''. You can of course say its for the competition etc. The competition will last 7 days, closing on the next Monday ( 28th February ) at 10am CET. For that time, you are allowed to post, edit, change your poems or even quit if you wish. But after Monday 10am, there is no more changes, we will consider the poem your final post. The rules are very simple: Follow the forum rules on basic common decency while writing A poem can be about anything, full artistic freedom is given (That means literally anything, it doesnt need to be SuperMechs) A poem shouldnt be shorter than a couple lines or longer than 20 lines ( Have in mind someone has to read many poems probably ) For the rewards part, I decided not to make it a large reward as this is more about the art and not the reward itself. Plus I'm taking into consideration the past experience in competitions :)) So the rewards will be symbolic: Place gets a forum badge for winning the poetry competition and 300 tokens Place gets 200 tokens Place gets 100 tokens After the competition is closed, we will take some time to read everything through and decide the winners. While deciding the winners, we will take into consideration stuff like the creativity, choice of words, the overall look and etc. I will also check the reactions to the poems, ask my team members for their opinions as well since luckily, some of them like poetry! I will post the results in this thread. If you have any questions, do ask them here, please try not to clog the thread obviously. I wish you good luck and happy writing! Hi, Thank you for offering all that but Im afraid I have to disappoint you and refuse, if thats even the correct word xD This tournament is finished, the players got their rewards already. I cant take your packs away and give them to people, it simply doesnt work like that :)) For the future tournaments, we have yet to decide what kind of rewards we will use, also depending on the tournament itself. But those are settled between the host and community managers, as the CMs provide the rewards and not the host or players. Its really kind of you to want to share your stuff but it simply doesnt work like that, thats not how the tournaments work, especially not the ones we approve and are responsible for. I cant take from one player and give to another I hope you and everyone understands what am I talking about here and why that cant work. Im sorry guys, it simply doesnt

Hi, It actually was me who picked the rewards, packs were my idea. I hoped people would appreciate it, I certainly would if this was an option back in the old tournaments. I started off as a player as well, I still am one so I just thought like one. The amount of people who join the tournament really doesnt matter much to us, in fact its much more work if more people participate in them, I just wanted to make it worth for everyone, sort of like a way of still possibly getting something even if they dont win, but the idea of the tournament was fun and strategy, not rewards. Rewards are there to I guess boost the morale. We will see for the future tournaments, this one was the very first one like I said, so we did learn a great deal from it and we are still learning You and everyone can always DM me your ideas, I mentioned before and Im reminding you again

Hi, I just discussed that with Pavke before this round, I told him to match people the best way possible no matter what clan they belong to. I believe it wouldnt really make a difference? Tournament isnt connected to the clans at all, its the very individuals that all play for themselves, plus its on forum. Would it be hard to play against your clanmate or something?

Hey guys, Unfortunately, we had to disqualify someone for breaking a rule in application, which was discovered after the match. We have messaged the person who was fighting against him, they will get a free pass no matter if they won or lost that match, since the opponent was disqualified. I want to remind everyone to very carefully read and follow the rules of competition so we dont have accidents like this, I know they happen but if we can avoid them, it would be great for everyone. I want to invite everyone who didnt manage to qualify in this tournament, to stay tuned for the next ones, I am looking forward to seeing more and more people participate. Organizing a tournament is not as simple as you think it is.. It takes time to gather up all the data ( you have no idea yet how many people will participate ), organize it, store it, make pairs... Make everything fair and ready for you to do a battle. Pavic didnt ''trick'' you or anyone, we simply need time to do things. Why would anyone want to trick you anyway? Especially me, Im literally supporting this for everyone to have fun, earn some tokens, make friends.... Its beneficial for everyone. Plus not to mention its part of my job, therefore I am responsible for the tournament, community, rewards and generally everyone being satisfied and treated fairly. Pavke wanted to organize a tournament again on this new forum and I am very thankful he is willing to. Lets not create a mess here or cry, its our very first tournament on the new forum, lets not ruin it please. If you or anyone has any complaints, I am here. You can message me any time really. But I wont let you guys ruin fun for everyone, have that in mind. We are doing this for you to enjoy and possibly win, its not obligatory and you are not entitled to it. If you still try to ruin it, you will face consequences. Like I said up there, this is a first tournament, there will be others hopefully. So lets just chill and try to have fun, no matter if you participate or not.

Read the tournament rules before asking questions that are already answered there guys, make sure you really understand the requirements and what you need to do :)) The applications got closed on Monday as it was said, today is Thursday ( for most of us ) xD Dont worry if you didnt manage to apply or qualify or find time to participate in the tournament, this is only the first tournament we will be doing on forum, you will have many chances in the future :))
