It's not better. It is basically the same. Base on your build, it be better to be like this
Using this build, you can up the heat damage by pushing back your opponent to range 4 and use Corrupt light and Savagery simultaneously.
You need more regen its way to low or you get bullied by energy builds

Although it hits 100 dmg. The damage is still high compared to its brute cousins.P.S. for those whom saying I'm just unlucky. I've encountered 2 mechs using 2 frantic brutes and both of them mostly deals 300 damage, but no lower than 100 damage.
they do about 200 minimum and 615 max with max Phys perk
