Me I wanna join!! I be active everyday plss [I just started over again because I can't login my other account via Facebook which is lvl 121. I just created this new account for about 4 days ago and I already have ton of legendary with lvl 51. I been grinding it non-stop for the past few days.]

I have been facing an issue with logging into my Supermechs account using my Facebook (FB) account for the past month. I have tried various troubleshooting steps, such as using the "forgot password" feature and reaching out to other players in the Supermechs community and Discord. Interestingly, I can log in to other games like "Mutants Genetics" and "Zombie Tsunami" without any problems using my FB account. However, Supermechs, a game I have been playing since 2018, continues to have this login issue. It is disheartening that the app developers have not addressed this problem, considering that many players have spent countless days, months, and even years grinding and progressing their accounts through their FB accounts. Now, suddenly, we are unable to log in through FB for about a month, and it has caused a sense of grief and frustration among the affected players. The question that lingers is whether our accounts still exist or if they have been deleted either by the game or by FB. We hope the app developers can provide reassurance and clarity regarding the status of our accounts.

Same problem too.. idk man but I tried to find a solution too but don't worry, when you create an another account with same name of your old account then it will pop out that "this username is already taken, use another alternative username" or something like that. It mean that your account may still exists and not delete by the game. And also, when I try logging my FB account in other game like "Zombie Tsunami" or "Mutant Genetics" it worked. While the Supermechs is not active for some reason, and the FB apps developer is aware of it. So we just have to wait for some time until it was reactivate by them. Don't worry about your account getting erase by the game, even if you don't login your account for like 2-1 years it will never be deleted. (This problem started 1-2 month ago)

When I try to search for my old account in my new Supermechs account, it says "player not found," and I start to worry that it's gone. However, when I attempt to create a new account with the same username as my old account, it tells me that the username is already taken. This gives me some hope that my account might still exist. Now, my first question is why I can't log in to my Supermechs account using my Facebook account. It seems that the app developer at Facebook is aware that the Supermechs app has been inactive for a long time, as it has been two months since I was last able to log in. This has left me feeling extremely bored and frustrated. Secondly, I'm unable to check my old Supermechs account. I'm unsure if it has been erased or if there's another issue preventing me from accessing it. I really hope someone can provide reassurance that my account hasn't been completely lost because Supermechs has been one of my favorite games since 2014.
