Can you help me with some tips to progress in my account? Is it advisable to buy the 1k token offer or save for the 2k token offer? In my secondary account I bought this offer and I didn't get a single legendary one...

Buying offers you can get legendries or not as gamble. There are some offers that include a secure item. 

That mech does have good stuff.
