I am not getting good item.

I am playing this game for 3 months.. But unfortunately whenever I open a new box I am getting a item  which I already have or a useless item..I want melee weapon or a good top weapon. But unfortunately I am getting just the same thing I have. Even I am not getting psy or good energy type item. What should I do..?
