Has tacticsoft shutdown?

I came back from a break of couple of years and tried to fetch my lost id of my 2nd account and the "Forgot password?" leads to an unknown domain. I tried to go to the main website but that is gone as well? Do any of you guys know what happened? Sad to see the game I played back in elementary / middle school put in dumb ideas and die out.

The owner it is Gato game. TS sold to them. TS should be around doing other stuff. Go to the staff and ask them. They are the only one can really help on that.
