what are the meta falcon builds and overall whats better to upgrade: falcon or lazy falcon(take in consideration the distance needed for the falcon to be usefull)

Depends on your build. You can use both of them in some builds.

An old meta build just to be like this(I modified some parts of the build to be some-what meta for today's arenas)
