Wrong username/password

Hello,

 So, I'm having trouble logging into my Super Mechs account in the Super Mechs app for Windows. It says "Incorrect Username/Password" Despite typing in the correct password and username, letter by letter. This has been occuring for a year now. I don't know how to fix it and everytime I click on "Forget password" It redirects me to a site but the site just says "File not found". I don't know how to fix this, someone please help me.

Also, you have to use the username you used when you made the account, not the one you are using right now.

If you don't remember your username, click on support in settings, it will show a message box, on top of which it will display your username.

 

 

Note: If the email doesn't work, try using a different email address.
