Does anyone know what devine relics are used for ? (gray/blue)

I understand that purple and legendary are used to transform mythical to devine but gray and blue ? can i turn them into purple ?

Grey relics are used to transform mythic items that started as commons

Blue are used to transform mythic rares

Purple are for mythical that start as epic

And yellow for mythical that start as legendarys

 

You can't transform a relic into another relic if it's blue it's always blue and so on

gray is used for items that can upgrade from common to divine.
blue is used for items that can upgrade from rare to divine.
the only thing that affects what relic type used is the starting rarity of the item

Grey relics are used to transform max leveled mythical items that starts as common only items that can be used on are (interceptor,nightmare,sith,iron boots scorching feet,charged walkers)

Blue relics are used to transform max leveled mythical items that starts as rare only items that can be used on are (grim reaper,dynamic stompers,grave diggers,malice beam,corrupt light,hot flash,flamintor)
