Buff Lightning Platinum Vest

I think buffing Lightning Platinum Vest is about the only way to make it seriously competitive with the monkey torsos.

But I am a new player, so let's make this a poll.

Would buffing it to (divine) 1300 hit points make it a more serious contender?

Look, we already made a topic asking to buff ALL old torsos. We don't need separate topics. 

 

It's just obnoxious at this point.

No, it's not obnoxious.  Saying we just need to add 220 hit points to all energy torsos is 1) illogical 2) absurd.

Some suck way more than others.  To make them all competitive, they each would need a different amount of buffing.
