Those are legacy items. Good ol' days when I used to hit rank 3s with just 2-3 premium items

Heat is OP at high levels. Phy is great. Ene is bad and still needs buffs.

Still deals tons of dmg on low levels (rank 13-15). Can turn my 1.3k hp mech into dust within 3 turns.

Although it hits 100 dmg. The damage is still high compared to its brute cousins. 

 

P.S. for those whom saying I'm just unlucky. I've encountered 2 mechs using 2 frantic brutes and both of them mostly deals 300 damage, but no lower than 100 damage.
