The PC version doesn't support Google Play, it requires your account to have an user and password. Open the game in your mobile device, go to Settings, then Accounts, and choose the SUPERMECHS option to create an user and password to your account so you can log in on the pc version.

Those are called smurfs, they do it because at rank 15 you can play unraked 1v1 battles that don't count for arena but counts for clan wins, so they do that to farm clan wins and get the clan rewards. This is off-topic, but since it's not entirely accurate and I'm already here I might as well say there are only bots up to rank 23 and they're not capable of quitting. Charging toward someone who goes to the corner is common sense.
