Maybe it’s better to upgrade your builds for the raid first? And then everything else

We can't see all what do you have. Sure, you have some good parts around.
 
In this picture below
1- You have good torso, magma, a sorrow, a shield reducer and a good top weapon. You should be way higher than R11. 
   a) Side note. I have seen my kids plays. Sadly, there are too many players at R9-R6 with 3000 in HP all over and that is what is pushing you down. My kids use R7 mechs, but they are pushed to R9 even R10 because match maker and some snurf farming wins against weaker players. 
  b) There is low HP in 2029. It is normal for R10-R8. Heat cap and cooling is low but manageable to some degree.
 c)You lose because low shields related to the R10 mechs around having more shields and HP but normal for R11.

2- No energy regeneration just at 99. You need as low 300 and is too low been energy mech. 
3- cooling is too low to use hybrid weapon.
4- A bit of redundance on weapons.

1-Torso does have less HP than the heat and energy versions. For Monkey is best Energy and Heat and been a phys mech then maybe energy to survive a bit by luck.

When I upgraded windigo to the mythical level, I saw that to upgrade it to the sacred, I need epic transform relic, where can I get them?

Do what Hanola says, but to actually get your items to a level they can actually become mythical/divine, I would recommend you upgrade power kits because once they are maxed, they are worth a lot more than the sum of it's parts (in terms of power for upgrading).

Probably not the best answer as I started only a month ago, but I usually transform items that can only go up to legendary such as Revenant or Chimaera, and then use them as "food" for transforming items to mythical.
For the divine tier, (or sacred level like you said), you need to have ascencion relics that are obtained through arena boxes, clan boxes, and special limited-time offers.

You should probably use a heat mech, because the opponents have energy free weapons like you said. They can't do much against heat mechs. Also upgrade your modules, and fill up the empty space.
I'm not as experienced as the others, but I think this could work for you.

normally, you will have to pause till get stronger. Do not waste fuel trying to pass. It is a progressive game so difficulty will increase and at some point, it will be tuff to pass. Get into a campaign that automatically can grind for now and get more parts farming not wasting in that boss. 

The amount of energy that you can use to drain with your mech, right now it is too limited for the kind of opponent you have. Also, the mech use free energy side weapons making energy mech not that suitable according to your current power level. 

This one might be able to kill but will go after you to use side free energy weapon.

This one. you might be able to disable with energy but will chase you with side weapon but can still win but are too many to fight. 

This one will kill you because you are not max out, might need a rebuild item before start to fight in full hp. The amount of energy to drain it is too high and does have free energy weapon plus the HP is high against you. 

Stay lower till get strong enough for it. Do not waste tokens or more fuel on that. Heat mech with heat bomb help a lot. Also, the fuel cost it is too high to waste. 

I'm playing an energy robot and I ran into a problem at an insane level 11, there's a boss with a physical weapon that doesn't waste energy and therefore kills me quickly, even shields don't help, I attached screenshots of my items at the bottom, maybe I'm doing something wrong 😕

Remove sikanda the heat sword
And upgrade your legs to max legendary then max the mods to epic 

If it's an Energy Mission, use the Energy Resistance module.
Try to get a lightning recoiler. Upgrade your modules, with power kits if you have a Level 15 item factory.

I play on an energy robot and almost pumped my weapon to the maximum at the legendary level, but when faced with this level, my energy is being depleted.
 
I understand that I don't have enough energy storage and recovery modules, but I don't understand how to get these modules in good quality,

Max out the modules. No need for 3 iron Platings right now, replace 2 of them with some Heat and Energy modules. Get Lightning Recoiler as soon as possible and replace the Energy Backfire Cannon thing with the Recoiler. Use Malice Beam.

I see on fuel that your level is not high i would rather you to gring mission 6 bc its more valuable

I would say do Overlord's Den 8, because if you get a Fortune Box with a Epic or Legendary, it's probably worth a lot more than a bunch of EXP and coins.

OD6 will give you the highest gold per minute. Strongly recommend it over OD8 because fortune boxes are trash.

i usually farm the hell out level 8 with the boss it gives you 10k 15k on hard plus the chance of a fortune box
