Where can I get resources to upgrade items to the mythical and sacred level?

Probably not the best answer as I started only a month ago, but I usually transform items that can only go up to legendary such as Revenant or Chimaera, and then use them as "food" for transforming items to mythical.

For the divine tier, (or sacred level like you said), you need to have ascencion relics that are obtained through arena boxes, clan boxes, and special limited-time offers.

Do what Hanola says, but to actually get your items to a level they can actually become mythical/divine, I would recommend you upgrade power kits because once they are maxed, they are worth a lot more than the sum of it's parts (in terms of power for upgrading).
