Windigo is one of the best non-premium torsos, so you’re on the right path. On the other hand, Archimonde is quite bad (balanced stats but way too heavy).

It makes upgrading buildings quicker.  In other words, it makes upgrades take less time.

that's for reducing time for upgrading base.
for example: if you upgrading a factory, and it takes 2 hours with no buff, adding that buff will reduce the time a little bit.

me encanta este torso, no porque sea premium, porque la primera vez que lo vi era en el old supermechs, y ahora volvio reworqueado y desaria tenerlo

I still wanna this amazing torso. Most torso like Yoshimo and Godmod already been ad to reload as Archimonde and Brutality.
I still wait for this torso to shine one day...
