Depends, if the servers get back online within 2 hours probably not, but if it is after like 6-7 hours they probably will.

You should use Dark Eagle, but instead of Rock Recoiler. Dark Eagle and Ejection Blast are best combo for scope builds.

Happens to me as well from time to time. Perhaps refreshing the game after every attack might fix it?

It happens a lot with the campaign on boss loot claims, I had it happen to me as well. There is nothing really you can do about it. -
Will there be a base on the account, or silver boxes. imo silver boxes would be better for this as you get items more quickly then
