I too think it is very probably cheating/hacking. Lets suppose it is pay to win (which is also a form of cheating), getting rank 7 is far more than just getting the items.

First, to get so many items outside of an special offer means lots of money spent on regular premium packs.

Second, to get to rank 7 u need to upgrade almost all battle bonuses in arena shop, and it is quite impossible in so little time as to be only level 41, except you neglect farming systematically for months

Third, to upgrade the items you need items and farming for this, -you can't buy this part- far far more than what you could get at only level 41. Remember the first 100 levels are much easier to get than the later ones.

Fourth, it is by most players known than this is a heavily hacking/cheating riddled game; so in an environment like this it is safe to assume than what seems so is probably so. That hacking/cheating benefits Tacticsoft since it induces pay to win in those who do not quit or also go hacking/cheating

Fifht, that is a player I have fought in arena several times. He rubbed me off the wrong way, so I would not be surprised he is a bad apple. He already had a strong mech, stronger than mine which is already strong. So no really need to pay to win, which he and we allalready know is not really key to improving, just betters the chances/the time, so very difficult to justificate the money. It also means that even before this pay to win operation, he would have had to make it several or more times before

We need to post these problems much more. Not only reporting for it means nothing to Tacticsoft, but to increase awareness in players and discredit those who resort to it.

it is possible but require real evidence and time to check and summit the concern according to the game rules.

So, Does that mean you will also be reporting me, @OKI DOKI and everyone who get that many legendary items? I mean, does anyone not know the meaning of "saving."  I don't think that word exist in SM players brain, or any gamer for that matter. I remember, a while back, oki sharing that he had over 999+ premium packs.  I don't know how much he has now.  I have saved, for three years, of 100+ premium packs. Maybe I could have gotten 20 legendaries.  Or what about the Factories. I could make 99 E-L items, and wait for a year or so. 

If you are going to report someone, you need hardcore evidence. I mean really hardcore. Just seeing someone get that many, and searching their acct, don't mean squat.   It would be more better if you can see his inventory, his factory, and basically his full account. Or more information for that matter.  When did he make that account? How far is he in campaign? Did he spend money in the game? You need to factor all the evidence together, to make your point of cheating.

Just complaining about someone getting so many legendary items, is not evidence. That is just your opinion. More of being jealous, because you don't get that much legendary.  You need to think about the "What If?", before you think they are cheating.

People cannot accuse anyone around.  If someone have a concern, the only way is through game owner management rules already stablished. 😉 Also, I was accused in the past without reason and offended me and my niece. Not fun.  

Sure, I have every evidence of each one of the purchases. None is missing 🤡. Any attack on that, bang law suits American style. 🙃

there's a difference between p2w and cheating mate. he is cheating, I don't think he'd be that dumb to waste thousands of dollars without actually progressing thru the game (aka do 1v1 campaign and the rest)

      Is new build better? (I am horrible at it)

      I made some dummy fights so you can see how will work in R8-R7 plays. Because are weak for now not having enough shields and rest of modules. I decided to use L50 parts and some modules as you have right now. I changed some configurations so you can see a bit differences. I did not play to win but to get hit and to see game tendency in the match maker. Sure, will work a bit different at lower rank but this gives an idea. Check the videos check the fight second mech. first showing now it is a fake mech so can lay 2v2. If you were to use some of the parts you have and the easy get rare energy parts this can be sure for lower rank fights due to modules issues Heat set up basic The set ups. I use the same just changing phys, heat, energy drones available in your account plus hook Note: Remember to follow your own logic to play as you feel and can see progress having fun. You do not have to follow other people how to play and set up. You need to set and practice and observe damage. The way I learned was exposing my mechs to be killed and check what needed to improve but need to pay attention carefully. Even now, when I set up for my kids, I make the mechs in ways for failures making harder to win and, in this way, I can see things about the game what does regardless players matched. Then, I observe players what they do to kill my mechs. Later, I kill them easy if have too. Testing break limits is fun. So, test your mech and see the difficulty. Do not focus into the loss and frustrating, focus on the damage and how play against you and your mistakes. I tested and tested and tested my weak mechs and with them I was able to kill tops been crappie mechs. For now, enhance modules as priority having a lot of limitation there. Remember that weapons depend on modules to be able to attack and to sustain damage.
