What should I upgrade/focus on?
Alright I already got the Heat Engines both to max and the energy engine. Although I got a couple of new epic items to use, should I stay with the epic Scalpel or change to "Hot Flash" ? I thought it would be good since it doesn't take any energy and I have a better heat capacity now -
