      The best you can do is contacting Gato via support. Or you can just visit FAQ for more information. If you're too lazy, then here's what Alexander said: "First of all, we're deeply sorry for your experience. We try to deliver all purchases immediately and do so in roughly 99% of the cases. Unfortunately sometimes issues may occur and we will of course help in these scenarios. If you're using PayPal, sometimes transactions via PayPal can take up to 72 hours to process.       Hello....I bought the 10k tokens deal for $99...however money was subtracted and taken from my bank account and i was not provided my tokens at all. The transaction failed yet money was still withdrawn from my bank account....

      Started a new acct 5 hours ago, (April 17)

      DAY 165 (9/28/24) So, I wanted to post this yesterday, but left out of town over the night. Yesterday, I bought this deal jumping right at it, when I saw it. Especially on all accounts. I took action of opening the main rewards, a couple of minutes ago. Then I upped the Quad Core Booster, right away After that, put the QCB on my mech. Still not complete, yet can move on to building my 2nd mech. In the mean time, I'll be holding the 10 PP, until maybe Tuesday or Wednesday. Now at lvl 209 and still farming OD8.

      Facebook login not working

      Actually, I had an SM acct that was not link to FB. Then I accidentally clicked the link when logged out. Then I ended up having to log in with FB. I lost that acct later on. That is why I stay away from the FB shit.
