No diplomat. There are real factors here. Regardless that there is some irresponsibility on lack of communication to the community from the administration, there are real basic things to understand about any game around and old as this one. 
About to get noticed, not in reality. I like fun time to time if I have time as entertainment reason it is a game, entertainment. 
To solve problems in the game, you have to be part of the company let say one of the programmers. How the hell I will fix something I do not work on neither I am part on any way from the company simply a player like anyone else around. 
It is silly to say a none sense comment. 
If you want to fix the problem, buy the company or part of the company and help give direction and what need to get focus as priority. Become friend of Alex and provide good imputes for him on Discord with common sense. 
From the viewpoint of a player does not involve in the company just to entertainment itself like me, what they do or not do in the company to keep players around, it is their own business and the only I can say is my experience I have in the game as simple goofier player to grind and maxing parts not much a part of that and whatever comment and Gif I add to have fun and everyone can do the same. 
If the game fall apart, well... I am not the owner or CEO etc. Money invested in the game, it is for entertainment knowing it will be lost because it is not my own copy of the game that can play in my own console at home with a memory chip or cartridge or cassette or else as my property. 
This is an online game with old structure which currently with the industry changes it is obsolete and will require to start the game from zero with new codes use in 2023 and will take some years just to have something basic made with new codes. 
When I am in the forum, I am here just to have fun on my own way. If people read or not, it is up to them and their choices. I read about anyone here for fun and give likes till no more available and I look forward that many others can join and have fun too and make their comments as silly can be about anything. 
I do not offend or like to criticize anyone around and just try to help if have time even I know for me it is impossible having limited time of connection by the moment unable to pvp due to my work nature related to set ups or else asked in the private. 
You need to canalize your energy instead to look for someone else resolve the problem for you, get together with Alexander and have a beer with him and join his pack and do some. 
I am just a SM OD6 farmer leveling up parts currently working on this that will take months to get it done because I grind less and do not play and making some farm before going to sleep because I have work in few hours.

That is the game owner that need to fix the server issues. Needs some more programing but they have limitations with programmers that can stay and know those codes. With new programmers will have to study and deal with and takes longtime to do so and hopping stay for long. You know, people work for money.

I came back and earned a bunch of premiums "Distance shredder & Spartan Carnage". Good stuff, and also FInally BEAT tier 5! And somehow got to the top 500 In raids!

You know everyone wouldn't pay much for this game I found alot and look he's randomly opening premium packs every 5 seconds. if he says that his friend said he is not a hacker he doesn't have evidence for it and Many of the hackers will tell lie and say they don't hack ,The truth is revealed when we can see their purchase history. Look there is another person with  over powerful mechs at level 57  in rank 8  Now  If we are not sure these players aren't hackers,Then If alexander starts ban wave like 2021 again then We will find the true p2w player because alexander knows who are hacking by checking their accounts.

Maybe getting wins against weaker players. Many players do that. 
Some effects are based on lack of power at high ranks with players limitations unable to push up. 
As cascade effect, those players ended up playing against some others at lower ranks because the system match them up. The matches are based on power and HP and that include modules. 
Sometimes there are not enough players playing at some hours and the match maker match against power but sometimes not. The basic is that it will match 2 ranks up or 2 ranks down depending on stars accumulated in the respective rank the player is at the moment. 
I was watching my kid plays for data just recently and I saw this 

My mech it is the R4 left side and if you see the other, it is a R7 mech but that mech power it was an R1 mech. 
The match happens maybe because not enough players at the moment but also compared power as normally should do even sometimes match with a weak mech.  
That R7 maybe was hunting wins. 
Now, my mech is R5 vs R7. It should happen?
Yes, it should happen to certain stars in the rank. If the rank remains R5 from 0-3 stars the possibility to fight against R7 is very high in particular if the R7 is high on stars. That R7 it was an R1 mech vs an R1 mech. 
Why my mech was R5?
The mech was actually R9 or so because not played much and my kid decided to push for fun. I guess he was testing using test mech in the beginning having losses expected because mechs were built with limitations for test. Just guessing. I do not have clue but then he decided to push for R3 for whatever the reason decided to go for. 

Now, you have to understand that many players do not play all the time regardless power and those accounts are dormant and because of that, the seasons drop the account rank as soon go to arena area to collect something. If does not play again it will keep dropping not on purpose till that player decide to move up to R1 maybe for vacation time, work or else and might go with full power to push up fast. 
So, some will be because not playing enough, some because the match maker it is been a hell against the player thing that happen too many players including me, some because not enough players around at that moment or simple a player abusing for easy wins. 🤔
Not everyone can be accused of wins collector and been an abuser. You can see the wins of the player at his/her clan area. Pictures below can show you that my account was not used to make wins. 



 


It has losses because maybe test with low rank mech at the beginning of the season or when decided to start to play. They do not play every day my accounts or maybe a week or just one day all depending on their mood because they play other games with friends plus school stuff. 

If he doesn't use hacks then What is he doing in rank 12 with a rank 9 mech?
 
I litterly found 10 people  who has many maxed mythicals in rank 12 with all of the items which are coloured with 300 token colour or whatever any colour with high cost .If you think he is not hacking then send the evidence
