So i haven't play this game in YEARS (ammo/ rockets still was a thing) and i wanted to play it again, when i logged in my inventory was gone, nothing remained, but the real problem was my rank in arena, I'M RANK 5, when i played i reached like rank 100-200, but my mech now is build with scraps.
There is a way to quickly go down in rank?

Yeah, I don't know why there are so many bots all of a sudden, all those with the random numbers at the end of their names are bots.

sadly, a bit true but it is a good game if people look the good side of the game.

If you are buying, the best is to get the offers with parts that are fixed plus extras. 
When you open a premium pack, nothing will be fixed instead it is a gamble lucky win. 
There are parts are hard to get regardless invest thousands of dollars. 
If you are in a rush, buy normal but will be the same. Wait for the offers having a better discount and pray for luck. 
Farm a lot and max one of the factories to L20 in the BASE for the option epic/legend. Will take time to get that unless you spend a lot of tokens and buying gold. 
Maybe spend $25,000 or more and can have a CLEVERNAME similar account if luck is as good. 
 
Many players here have not spent money and are top players in the 10 solo spot and others all the time. 👍 Just will have to get luck, farm and wait some years "years in plural".

Now, you have to understand that every player can play as can and wish and there is no rule to punish in that way for those guys as they prefer to play.
Check their wins in the clan or independent account. Maybe can give you an idea if they are a real smurf. 
Also, some players develop some parts before others and stay in the same rank not progressing.
