Too many specially the last 1.5yrs got worse.

Sure, regen is very low but I guess you will try to cap high energy and heat without much regen. Side weapons apart of drainer require energy to function. You will have to normally take a loss vs energy mechs.
Good job. I like the balance maxing them at 34. That is the way to go.

focus on modules for now. max them. will take some time but will give better balance.
Also, making an energy mech, it does require to have enough energy modules to support the mech.
Both cooling and regeneration are very low missing modules.
The use of weapons is related to their base support. It is hard to recover from heat and energy attacks.

yes, it is loaded of R1 players.
My son was next to me testing mechs and playing for position test and R1 players plague the pvp. He switched to stronger mechs to check match maker with both accounts and was loaded. That it is in R7-R6. He was not playing to win but checking out and kept coming. Match maker was crazy and many also are in that rank with full power when my son was not playing to win. He got bored trying to test few things and was unable to do so.

The missing part there will be one Valiant

Valiant it is a weapon that weight 51. Sometimes to simulate the weapon with another, players use Hysteria having same range with infinite attacks.
The problem will be 4 more weight at 55.
Sometimes, players use this frantic
because the weight it is 50 and will fit.
The Hysteria help to drain energy like the valian but a little less in the attack but decent enough.
Because you want to drain energy, this one
will work a bit better than that mix one.
The other important thing with both, it is the weight. The top one weight 55 and the mix one is 66 to be considered. I will use the top one.
Just things to consider.
About the modules, max all of them for now.
As you increase power, the consumption increase.
