Bringing Back More Portals

I remember how item portals used to happen fairly often for E-M items that were being released (on occasion, L-M items on hard and insane only when they weren't just premium pack bonuses). Would bringing back item portals for E-M items that were previously released be okay to happen for E-M items and L-M items? Maybe it's a little much to ask for, but I thought I'd put it out there.
