I need advice on a secondary mech build [ENERGY]

Hey guys, I wasnt so active in the past 2 weeks bcs I had a lot of stuff going on in day to day life. Now i am back and i almost completed my first mech. I just need to max the claw (currently level 28 myth) and to transform some modules. I cant progress anymore beyond rank 13 bcs I need a stronger 2nd mech. I will attach pictures of the items that i have right now. I want to build an energy mech and I want to use the sword that i got (Brightroar). I am open for any suggestions.

My advice for a good energy build would be Hot Flash, Malice Beam and Lightning Recoiler. The torso is up to you, I would advise you maxing out Windigo and Massive Lava Feet. See the second attachment for modules.

Why wouldnt i use LPV?
