Could anyone give a guide on how to get started with a fresh account. I need a really good idea of what to do to maximize everything.

reality is farm. 

to max parts it does require a lot of farming. As much you farm, more gold and mix boxes drops and level up account because XP farming move up. 

You can make a thread of daily condition and show what you have, and they can give ideas of next thing.
