How do you make a item pack as I have a lot of custom items I want to test but cant cause I don't know how to make a pack.

I Have a folder downloaded from Github but idk how this helps meworkshop-unlimited-master.zip

NVM I looked in it and found a Test item packtest-items-pack.json

But it is very broken and does not work for some reason.
