Cost Increases Your Heat Or Decreases Your Energy To Fire The Weapon. I Also Decreased The Weight Of The Items And The Costs And Removed Backfire As Its Basically Shooting Yourself In The Foot Every Time You Fire The Weapons And Cost is Already A lot And Backfire Is Basically "More OP Backstabbing Costs".
