Is Item stop based on items that we have? Fot example i have 5 heat items 2 physic and 3 electric. So biggest chance is for heat Item?

Im tired of " tips for beginner" where author tell you to do mission from last Boss of campaign , or they give 1-2 tips and then its just gameplay with neffex songs in background lmao

Hello i'm new to the game and i found idea to make new accounts till i get something good and i got rusty energy torso everything fun and cool but now i got 6 torso from premium box in a row (fortune  box for campaign too)

So i have question is it worth to start again? Czy i wasted that fortune boxes in campaign and i dont have any good weapon , ppls at rank 15 destroy me they have  all legendary items. Is there any other way to get epic weapons?

Idk if its against rules to make new accounts tho.
