there's also a clan running around with a gumiho torso and dual divine frantic brutes in rank 16-15, all of em are so damn annoying, however i somehow lucked out a game and beated one of them, honestly it's kinda insane that even a whole clan is doing some smurfing in lower ranks

Probably not the best answer as I started only a month ago, but I usually transform items that can only go up to legendary such as Revenant or Chimaera, and then use them as "food" for transforming items to mythical. For the divine tier, (or sacred level like you said), you need to have ascencion relics that are obtained through arena boxes, clan boxes, and special limited-time offers. Hope this helps!
