When the Base was introduced I didn't go for it because I saw a lot of people saying it was bad. Browsing this forum I find a lot of people saying it gets worthwhile once you've developed it. But before I go for it I'd like to know what I'm getting into.
How does it work? How does it differ to not having a Base? How do you upgrade buildings etc?
In short, upgrade your grappling/teleport at the VERY end of upgrading your mech. Do not upgrade the hook just yet, that's for later. Plus you wouldn't really want to spend a total of 800k+ coins at myth just to max out a grappling hook, would you
I only upgraded my teleports (which is just barely any extra damage) when I'm completely done with everything, not when your first or second mech is done. They do play a role when playing, of course, but upgrading them while you're still finishing your first mech is an automatic no.
Hey! I've recently started making frequent YouTube videos again, which seems to be going well, so I'd just like to make a topic to share some of my recent and future ones. If you decide to watch some, hope you enjoy
