your energy recoiler takes up the viking hammer, making it essentiallly useless. (just max the blizzard disolver and replace it with that)

The issue is that the Hammer it is an extra weapon with limited range 1 and you have already a recoil covering that range 1-2 making the part close to no useful. It can provide range when able to use the hammer to push farther but recoil been at range 2 will do same range. It is better to add some resistance drain to make recoil and drone more effective during attack. The hammer does not affect the resistance, but recoil does. 

The side weapons affect energy but not resistance. Some drones affect energy and resistance and some not. 

Also, the weight of the hammer it is close to the recoil and it is better to use the weight to enhance modules option like energy or heat caps and or charge or hook or maybe dual teleporter.
