In this designs, if I put any resistance, the mech will lack stats, like regen, cooling, be too heavy, lack max heat or energy or HP

You have enough heat and regen, 380 - 580+ for your mechs is WAY TO MUCH considering your heat and energy are also around 380 - 450.

Increase your resistance, for all mechs. The resistance levels you have are what you expect in rank 15 or less, you won't be able to win often with such low heat & energy resistance, especially Physical resistance due to Frantic Brute sweats and others.

Also, do note that yes, you may gain heat or lose energy due to heat/energy oppents. But with that cooling/regen you can easily gain it back. Even 250 - 300 or so is fine, just as long as the oppent isn't draining your heat/energy...

Energy mech

1- You have a blind spot forcing you to lose an attack range 2- 3. They will target that range. Not enough resistance. Because we do not know your arsenal, we cannot recommend according to current possibilities. 

Sure, having some weight available as picture shows, you can make some changes if possible. There is no perfect mech. 

Ideas can be like with another 5 weights because using 1 premium 5 weight less. Do not copy. Just observe.  There are more configurations but using what can be possible to get farming. 

2- For the phys, just take out a cooling/regen module and add a triple resistance

3- For the heat, just remove a plating and add a triple resistance. Just for now.
