My acc I spent 1 grand on is banned because they said I hacked

Yeah I'd recommend dropping the act. You either hacked or had someone hacking for you. I have not heard of your username (Based on your forum nickname) and you have 2 posts on the forums.

Unless you contact support and show them proof of your payments and relative information of your payment information used to buy stuff on your account with, there's no way you're getting out of this.
